Mahasiswa\/i diundang untuk menghadiri <em>Coffee Cupping <\/em>di Hall KW UNIKA Atma Jaya Semanggi bersamaan dengan acara Atma Jaya Intercultural Day.<\/p>\n<p><em>Coffee Cupping <\/em>(atau sering disebut juga <em>Coffee Tasting<\/em>) itu sendiri adalah proses mengobservasi rasa sebelum kopi itu tiba dalam cangkir para penikmat kopi. Sebelum mencicipi kopi, mahasiswa\/i diberi sekilas pengetahuan mengenai kopi oleh barista Toby\u2019s Estate, seperti proses <em>roasting <\/em>kopi, <em>flavor<\/em> pada kopi, <em>body <\/em>kopi, <em>varity <\/em>dan lainnya. Saat dijelaskan, mahasiswa\/i juga diberikan kesempatan untuk mencium aroma kopi; A Lel Chaung Village (Myanmar), Sipi Falls (Uganda), dan Kochere Grade 1 (Ethopia).<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone  wp-image-1031\" src=\"http:\/\/hospitourism.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/Coffee-Cupping-160518-1-300x105.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"569\" height=\"199\" srcset=\"http:\/\/hospitourism.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/Coffee-Cupping-160518-1-300x105.jpg 300w, http:\/\/hospitourism.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/Coffee-Cupping-160518-1-768x270.jpg 768w, http:\/\/hospitourism.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/Coffee-Cupping-160518-1-1024x359.jpg 1024w, http:\/\/hospitourism.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/Coffee-Cupping-160518-1-360x126.jpg 360w, http:\/\/hospitourism.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/Coffee-Cupping-160518-1.jpg 1208w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 569px) 100vw, 569px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Setelah selesai diberikan sekilas pengetahuan mengenai kopi, barista menunjukkan salah satu proses menyajikan kopi, yaitu dengan <em>Kalita Manual Brewing<\/em>. Mahasiswa\/i juga diberitahu mengenai dasar <em>manual brewing, <\/em>yaitu gramasi, grind size, suhu, teknik, dan ratio. Selanjutnya, barista mempersilakan mahasiswa\/i untuk mencoba kopi Sipi Falls, kopi tersebut memiliki <em>flavor<\/em> seperti <em>black tea, citrus, ripe berry<\/em>. Kemudian, barista juga memperbolehkan mahasiswa\/i untuk membuat kopi dengan teknik <em>manual brew<\/em>.
