Pelatihan diadakan di Le Caf\u00e9 yang merupakan salah satu Laboratorium prodi Hospitality. Pelatihan dimulai pukul 10.00 sampai dengan 13.30 WIB. Peserta yang hadir adalah sebagian mahasiswa Hospitality angkatan 2018 yang belum mendapat tugas di Le Caf\u00e9, dengan jumlah 16 orang. Pelatihan terbagi dalam empat bagian, yaitu minuman kategori non blended yang dibawakan oleh Cindy, minuman ice blended yang dibawakan oleh Regina, membuat espresso yang dibawakan oleh Selvy, dan membuat Cappucino\/latte yang dibawakan oleh Anastasia. Empat kategori minuman tersebut merupakan minuman yang terdapat pada menu Le Caf\u00e9. Para asisten laboratorium prodi Hospitality and Tourism Management berharap ilmu dan pengalaman yang telah dibagikan selama bertugas di Le Caf\u00e9 dapat berguna untuk mahasiswa Hospitality 2018 dalam menjalankan tugas sebagai barista di Le Caf\u00e9.
