{"id":1398,"date":"2021-04-16T11:50:37","date_gmt":"2021-04-16T04:50:37","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/hospitourism.com\/?p=1398"},"modified":"2022-02-25T11:52:51","modified_gmt":"2022-02-25T04:52:51","slug":"pembuatan-discoball-magang","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hospitourism.com\/index.php\/2021\/04\/16\/pembuatan-discoball-magang\/","title":{"rendered":"Pembuatan Discoball (Magang)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Pada hari Kamis, 15 April 2021 lalu, <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">m<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">ahasiswa <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">program studi Pariwisata<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> melakukan kegiatan memasak produk Discoball yang akan dijual secara <\/span><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">online<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">. <\/span><\/i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Kegiatan dilakukan oleh<\/span> <span data-contrast=\"auto\">m<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">ahasiswa peminatan <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Bisnis <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Akomodasi dan Katering<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> (kelas HTM 401-Magang)<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> sebagai<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> bagian dari<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> tugas pengganti <\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">magang atau proyek magang. Kegiatan ini merupakan <\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">kegiatan<\/span> <span data-contrast=\"none\">ke dua<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\"> di bulan April 2021. Kegiatan ini dilakukan oleh Anastasia<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\"> (2017-0253-0012)<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">, Naomy<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\"> (2017-0253-0007)<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">, dan Nadine<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\"> (2017-0253-0002)<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\"> yang <\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">diawasi <\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">oleh Liem Shiao Fang selaku penanggung jawab atas <\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">L<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">aboratorium<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\"> Program Studi Pariwisata. <\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">Discoball merupakan<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\"> produk makanan <\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">yang sering <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">dijual di Le Caf\u00e9, dibuat dengan campuran biskuit susu dan susu kental manis coklat <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">lalu diberi <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">rum <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">dan <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">dilapisi dengan <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">remahan oreo<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">. Penjualan Discoball per porsi ditentukan sebesar<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> 10.000 rupiah per <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">4 <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">buah.<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;134233117&quot;:true,&quot;134233118&quot;:true,&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6,&quot;335559738&quot;:240,&quot;335559739&quot;:240,&quot;335559740&quot;:360}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Pembuatan <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Discoball<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> dilakukan sesuai dengan protokol yang disediakan oleh pihak <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">L<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">aboratorium<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> Program Studi Pariwisata dan Unika Atma Jaya<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, dimana para pelaku harus menjaga kebersihan selama proses produksi.<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> Karena itu, sebelum memulai kegiatan, semua yang terlibat dalam kegiatan ini melakukan pengecekan suhu, memakai masker dan mencuci tangan. Selama proses pembuatan Discoball, mahasiswa juga menggunakan masker dan sarung tangan.<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> Dalam proses produksi<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> mahasiswa <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">mengikuti <\/span><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">standar<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">ized recipe<\/span><\/i> <span data-contrast=\"auto\">Discoball di <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Le Caf\u00e9 demi menjaga kualitas produk Discoball.
