Kegiatan ini dibantu oleh Liem Shiao Fang<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">, S. Par.<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\"> selaku perwaki\u00a0 lan dari laboratorium Prodi Pariwisata. Kegiatan tersebut bertujuan untuk membuka kembali Le Caf\u00e9 saat adanya vaksinasi kedua di kampus BSD. Produk makanan yang dijual pada hari tersebut adalah BOLTAKE (Bola Tahu Keju) dan untuk produk minuman yang dijual adalah <\/span><i><span data-contrast=\"none\">hot\/ice Americano, hot\/ice latte, hot\/ice cappuccino, <\/span><\/i><span data-contrast=\"none\">dan <\/span><i><span data-contrast=\"none\">hot\/ice flavour latte.<\/span><\/i><span data-contrast=\"none\"> Sebelum memulai semua kegiatan, mahasiswa yang hadir sudah melakukan pengecekan suhu tubuh terlebih dahulu dan tetap mengikuti protokol kesehatan, seperti selalu memakai masker, <\/span><i><span data-contrast=\"none\">face shield<\/span><\/i><span data-contrast=\"none\">, dan sarung tangan. Setelah semua <\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">persiapan <\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">selesai, mahasiswa yang bertugas di Le Caf\u00e9 ada Irena sebagai kasir, Graciella, dan Aurelius sebagai barista, sedangkan Stephanie dan Rufina bertugas menerima pesanan BOLTAKE di Culinary Art Studio. Le Caf\u00e9 dibuka mulai pukul 10.00 sampai pukul 16.00 WIB. Pada hari itu Le Caf\u00e9 membatasi tamu yang datang agar tidak terjadi kerumunan. Setelah <\/span><i><span data-contrast=\"none\">close order<\/span><\/i><span data-contrast=\"none\">, mahasiswa yang bertugas di Le Caf\u00e9 maupun di Culinary Art Studio membersihkan kembali laboratorium yang sudah dipakai.
