Semua yang terlibat dalam kegiatan harus menjaga kebersihan selama proses produksi, juga dengan mengikuti standardisasi resep Le Caf\u00e9 demi menjaga kualitas rasa produk Banana Brow. Dalam pembuatan produk ini pun mahasiswi yang bersangkutan bekerjasama dalam proses pembuatan mulai dari mencapur adonan dampai proses <\/span><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">packaging <\/span><\/i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">produk. Karena pembuatan Banana Brow ini diproduksi sebanyak pesanan dari konsumen yaitu sebanyak 30pcs pesanan, maka sorgum cookies dibuat sebanyak 33 pcs menggunakan 3 resep dalam proses produksinya.
