Kegiatan ini merupakan PO <\/span><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">batch <\/span><\/i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">1 di bulan Juni 2021. Kegiatan ini dilakukan oleh Anastasia, Naomy, dan Nadine yang diawasi oleh Liem Shiao Fang selaku penanggung jawab atas laboratorium (laboran). Kegiatan <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">dilaksanakan<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> di Laboratorium Culinary Art Studio <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">yang<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> dimulai dari Pk. 09.30 \u2013 Pk. 13.00.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:360}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-1436 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/hospitourism.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/Sorghum-Cookies-3-2.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"761\" height=\"288\" srcset=\"https:\/\/hospitourism.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/Sorghum-Cookies-3-2.png 761w, https:\/\/hospitourism.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/Sorghum-Cookies-3-2-300x114.png 300w, https:\/\/hospitourism.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/Sorghum-Cookies-3-2-360x136.png 360w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 761px) 100vw, 761px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Sorghum Cookies ini merupakan <\/span><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">snack<\/span><\/i><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> yang sering dijual di Le Caf\u00e9. <\/span><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Snack<\/span><\/i><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> ini<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> dibuat dengan bahan utama tepung <\/span><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">sorghum<\/span><\/i><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> dan <\/span><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">oats<\/span><\/i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">,<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> selain itu juga terdapat campuran tepung terigu, telur, gula palem, dan <\/span><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">chocolate chips<\/span><\/i><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> serta <\/span><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">kayu manis<\/span><\/i><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> yang menambah harum dan cita rasa Sorghum Cookies. Selain enak<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">,<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> Sorgum Cookies juga merupakan <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">snack<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> yang sehat untuk dikonsumsi karena salah satu bahan dasarnya yaitu tepung <\/span><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">sorghum<\/span><\/i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">. Dalam pembuatan produk ini pun mahasiswi yang bersangkutan bekerja sama dalam proses pembuatan mulai dari mencampur adonan sampai proses <\/span><i><span data-contrast=\"none\">packaging <\/span><\/i><span data-contrast=\"none\">produk. Karena pembuatan Sorghum Cookies ini diproduksi sebanyak pesanan dari konsumen, maka <\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">S<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">orghum <\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">C<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">ookies dibuat sebanyak 72 pcs dengan harga penjualan Sorghum Cookies per pcs ditentukan sebesar Rp. 5.000\/pcs dan akan dikirimkan kepada konsumen dengan biaya kirim ditanggung oleh konsumen.
