Kegiatan ini merupakan PO minggu ke-5 di bulan Juli 2021. Dengan berlakunya PPKM Level 4 yang dikeluarkan Pemerintah, mahasiswa tidak dapat melakukan kegiatan proyek magang di kampus. Supaya kegiatan proyek magang tetap berjalan, maka proses produksi paket Vegetable Spring Roll dilakukan dirumah. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan oleh Anastasia, Naomy, dan Nadine yang dilakukan di rumah Nadine (BSD) yang terdiri dari Nadine dan Anastasia serta di rumah Naomy (Bekasi) yang dilakukan oleh Naomy.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:360}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Vegetable Spring Roll merupakan makanan yang terdiri dari tumisan wortel, tauge, daun bawang, dan telur yang dibalut dengan kulit lumpia lalu di goreng. Proses produksi paket menu ini dilakukan pada hari Jumat, 30 Juli 2021 dengan total pesanan dari konsumen sebanyak 20 <\/span><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">pack<\/span><\/i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">. Penjualan per <\/span><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">pack<\/span><\/i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\/paket ditentukan sebesar Rp. 11.000\/2<\/span><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">pcs<\/span><\/i><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> dan akan dikirimkan kepada konsumen dengan biaya kirim ditanggung oleh konsumen. Mahasiswa juga membuat <\/span><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">standardized recipe <\/span><\/i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">yang telah diperiksa oleh Laboran\/<\/span><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">supervisor. <\/span><\/i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Paket makanan langsung dikirimkan setelah proses pembungkusan selesai agar kualitas kesegaran terjaga.
