{"id":965,"date":"2018-05-18T13:47:14","date_gmt":"2018-05-18T06:47:14","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/hospitourism.com\/?p=965"},"modified":"2019-04-24T14:28:39","modified_gmt":"2019-04-24T07:28:39","slug":"indonesia-creative-sagoo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hospitourism.com\/index.php\/2018\/05\/18\/indonesia-creative-sagoo\/","title":{"rendered":"Indonesia Creative Sagoo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Tangerang, 18 Mei 2018<\/p>\n<p>Pada Kamis, 8 Maret 2018, dua mahasiswi dari prodi <em>Hospitality &amp; Tourism Management<\/em> yang mengambil peminatan <em>Accommodation &amp; Catering<\/em>, Haryanti dan Priyanti mengikuti lomba <em>display <\/em>untuk <em>dine in <\/em>dan <em>take away<\/em>. Lomba yang diadakan oleh STP Trisakti ini bertemakan <em>Indonesia Creative Sagoo<\/em>. Dalam lomba tersebut, peserta diharuskan untuk menyiapkan makanan ataupun minuman yang berbahan dasar sagu. Sagu yang digunakan boleh berasal dari jenis apapun.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone  wp-image-975\" src=\"http:\/\/hospitourism.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/Indonesia-Creative-Sagoo-1-300x100.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"582\" height=\"194\" srcset=\"https:\/\/hospitourism.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/Indonesia-Creative-Sagoo-1-300x100.jpg 300w, https:\/\/hospitourism.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/Indonesia-Creative-Sagoo-1-768x255.jpg 768w, https:\/\/hospitourism.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/Indonesia-Creative-Sagoo-1-1024x340.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/hospitourism.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/Indonesia-Creative-Sagoo-1-360x120.jpg 360w, https:\/\/hospitourism.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/Indonesia-Creative-Sagoo-1.jpg 1146w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 582px) 100vw, 582px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><em>Indonesia Creative Sagoo<\/em> diikuti oleh 17 peserta, di mana para peserta berasal dari 8 SMA\/SMK dan 9 Perguruan Tinggi. Saat perlombaan dimulai pukul 11.15 WIB, perwakilan dari prodi Hospitality Unika Atma Jaya menata semua makanan untuk di <em>display <\/em>semenarik mungkin. Makanan yang di <em>display <\/em>adalah Matcha Mille Crepes. Setelah semua siap dan waktu perlombaan sudah selesai, waktunya juri berkeliling untuk mencicipi dan menilai hasil <em>display<\/em> para peserta. Juri terdiri dari 3 orang, yaitu Chef Rahmat Kusnedi (<em>Association of Culinary Professionals Indonesia<\/em>), Chef Dedes Dwi Ratnasari (<em>Indonesia Pastry Chef Alliance<\/em>), dan Felix Kurniawan (<em>Food Blogger<\/em>).<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone  wp-image-976\" src=\"http:\/\/hospitourism.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/Indonesia-Creative-Sagoo-2-300x74.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"581\" height=\"143\" srcset=\"https:\/\/hospitourism.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/Indonesia-Creative-Sagoo-2-300x74.jpg 300w, https:\/\/hospitourism.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/Indonesia-Creative-Sagoo-2-768x190.jpg 768w, https:\/\/hospitourism.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/Indonesia-Creative-Sagoo-2-1024x254.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/hospitourism.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/Indonesia-Creative-Sagoo-2-360x89.jpg 360w, https:\/\/hospitourism.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/Indonesia-Creative-Sagoo-2.jpg 1186w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 581px) 100vw, 581px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Pengumuman pemenang lomba dilaksanakan di auditorium STP Trisakti, di mana para peserta juga mengikuti acara <em>Gala Dinner<\/em>. Sekitar pukul 18.30 WIB, hasil perlombaan pun diumumkan, dan hasilnya sebagai berikut:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><u>Juara 1<\/u><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">STP Pelita Harapan Tangerang<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><u>Juara 2<\/u><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">UNTAG Prima Cirebon<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><u>Juara 3<\/u><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">STP Trisakti Jakarta<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><u>Juara Harapan 1<\/u><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Universitas STIKUBANK Semarang<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<p>Meskipun perwakilan dari prodi Hospitality Unika Atma Jaya tidak mendapatkan juara, namun mereka berhasil mendapat peringkat ke-7. Perlombaan ini merupakan pengalaman pertama untuk prodi Hospitality Unika Atma Jaya dalam mengikuti lomba di bidang <em>food and beverages<\/em>. Semoga ke depannya acara ini dapat menjadi motivasi mahasiswa\/i untuk melihat dunia luar tentang bagaimana dunia <em>food and beverages<\/em> di lingkup yang lebih luas, yang tidak hanya di seputar kampus.
